About 2000 cycles to 80% with 100% DOD under 20°C~25°C
The difference of LA Battery and LiFePO4 Battery.
1. Lead Acid battery has the heavy metal (lead) which is very bad for the human being and the environment. But LiFePO4 battery is absolutely environment friendly without any toxic, rare metal, heavy metal and pollution. During the production and the usage of LiFePO4, there isn’t any pollution, and it is very easy to disposal of.
2. Short cycle life for the lead acid battery. Under 85% DOD, it only can be charged-discharged for 150~300 times, and it needs maintenance. But for LeFePO4, it can be charged-discharged for 2000 times, and the capacity keeps more than 85%. The cycle life of LiFePO4 battery is 6 or 7 times of LA battery’s cycle life.
3. The lead acid battery does not support deep discharge, which means you can only use it normally about 60% of its capacity, For its last 40% capacity, you have to use smaller current to discharge it. LiFePO4 battery supports deep discharge very well, you can use it normally about 95% of its capacity. Lead acid battery also can not stand high current discharge, but our LiFePO4 battery can support high current discharge up to 3C for those batteries larger than 50ah. This feature ensures our batteries having good performance in electric forklift truck. So because of these two reasons, the performance of our 100ah LiFePO4 battery equal to or better than 150ah Lead Acid battery.
